Shipping Options

Standard shipping and expedited shipping may be available for eligible orders depending on destination, product availability, and carrier service. Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Free Shipping Threshold

Eligible orders over a qualifying order value may receive free standard shipping before discounts, unless a promotion states otherwise. Expedited shipping may remain available as a paid option where supported.

Tracking

Once a shipping label is created and the order is prepared for dispatch, tracking information is attached to the order and sent to the customer using the email provided at checkout.

Processing Times

Orders are processed after payment has been received and verified. Most eligible orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, supplier delays, or high-volume periods.

Bulk orders, private label orders, and custom supply requests may require additional preparation time depending on packaging, documentation, quantity, and product availability.

Discreet Packaging

PeptideLab Group uses clean and professional packaging for research materials. Packaging may include sealed vials, protective materials, cartons, and shipment labels required by the carrier.

Product handling and packaging are designed to support secure transit and professional research supply presentation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Incorrect names, addresses, apartment numbers, ZIP codes, phone numbers, or email addresses may cause delays, failed delivery, return shipment, or additional shipping costs.

    Carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, high shipping volume, address issues, or events outside our control. If tracking shows a problem, contact PeptideLab Group support with your order number and tracking details.

    If a package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and take clear photos of the shipment, product, and shipping label before contacting support.

    Bulk Orders & Wholesale Shipping

    Bulk vial orders, wholesale supply, private label packaging, and custom sourcing orders may require special packaging, larger cartons, additional documentation, and separate fulfillment timelines.

    Shipping terms for bulk orders may be confirmed during the quote process before the order is finalized.
