Returns & Refunds
No Returns on Opened Products
Due to the nature of research materials, opened, used, damaged, altered, or tampered products are not eligible for return. Products must remain sealed and in their original condition to be reviewed for any return exception.
Shipping Error Exceptions
If PeptideLab Group ships the incorrect item or there is a verified fulfillment error, contact support with your order number before opening the product. Our team will review the issue and provide the next steps if the claim qualifies.
Documentation First
Keep the original packaging, product photos, shipping label, order confirmation, and any relevant details available so our team can review the issue clearly and quickly.
Return Review Requirements
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on the payment provider or bank. PeptideLab Group cannot control bank processing times after a refund has been issued.
Bulk Orders & Custom Supply
Bulk orders, wholesale vial orders, private label orders, and custom peptide sourcing requests may be final sale once confirmed, packed, labeled, or processed. Any issue with a bulk order must be reported immediately with full documentation.
